Product Availability

LootCycle operates on a rotating catalog -- products come and go.  We cannot guarantee that any item will remain available, and sold-out items may not be restocked.  If you see something you like, grab it before its gone.

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.  In the rare event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase.  We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or limited product availability.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to deliver within our estimated timeframes, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

LootCycle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.  Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that item.
