Not happy with your purchase?

you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return

Conditions for Returns

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.  Please contact us at support@lootcycle.com before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.

Refund Options

Once we receive and inspect your return, you can choose Full refund to your original payment method (processed within 5-7 business days)

Store credit for the full purchase amount (available immediately -- and a great choice since our catalog is always changing)

Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not as described?  We've got you.  Contact us within 30 days with a photo of the issue and we'll send a free replacement -- no need to ship anything back

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons.  Certain personal care items are final sale.  These will be clearly marked on the product page.
